To register please speak to one of our receptionists who will check your address falls within the practice area.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please see reception for details.
It is possible at registration to express a preference to be registered with a particular practitioner – however, we work as a group practice where patients are able to see any of the doctors.

Patients wishing to register must live within the practice area. Please note that this catchment tool is a rough guide to our boundary and the practice will confirm if your postcode is within our catchment.

*Please note that the postcode WF14 0FA will show as being within our catchment on the map even though they it is NOT, this is due to new developments being assigned to existing postcodes that would have fallen within the boundary before they were extended. The following streets do NOT fall within our boundary: Strawberry Way, Summer Drive, Lavender Court & Meadow View. Registrations will not be accepted from these addresses.
The surgery is not currently accepting any out of area registrations.
If you are outside the boundary please contact the surgery as you may be able to register as an out of area registration. Alternatively use the link below to search for a local GP surgery.
