Please do not ask the doctor to visit unless the patient is truly housebound. Lack of transport is not a reason for a home visit. Please note that it does not harm a patient to attend the surgery if they have a temperature.
When requesting a home visit please use OPTION 4 – HOME VISITS on our main surgery line (01924 483440) before 10.00 am. This number is for home visits only and should not be used for any other purpose.
