Covid-19 Vaccinations
Dear Patients,
We have been working extremely hard with all relevant parties to be in a position to deliver the Covid-19 Vaccination to all our patients in North Kirklees. Many factors have been outside our control which has resulted in the delay in rolling out this programme. We have been waiting for vaccination delivery before offering appointments.
We can Confirm we are expecting a delivery of 1275 vaccines on Friday 15th of January. We have started to contact patients to attend appointments on Saturday. We are also expecting a further supply of 2000 vaccines next week. We are booking patients into these clinics and will contact all of you in the upcoming weeks based on national guidance.
We have been told to expect regular delivery of the vaccine in the next few weeks as soon as we have confirmed delivery dates we will offer more appointments. Our priority is to have as many patients vaccinated as quickly as possible. We are confident to meet the government targets if the vaccines are delivered. Please continue to bear with us and please understand this has been outside our control.
