Total Triage

NHS advice is that all patients requesting an appointment should be “triaged”. This is the process of sorting patients so as to determine the order in which they will be treated.

We will be undertaking all care that can be done remotely through remote means (e.g. telephone).

We must reduce footfall through the practice.

If your problem can be sorted without the need for a face to face appointment then this protects yourself, the general public and our staff.

Please cooperate with the advice given by our receptionists at the time you book your appointment.
