Register With The Practice?

Patients wishing to register must live within the practice area - a more detailed map is available at reception.

All patients over the age of 16 years need to make an appointment with one of our health care workers for a registration health check.  This enables us to assess any immediate or long-term needs you may have as well as obtaining basic details regarding your family history and medication, whilst waiting for your medical records to be transferred to us from your previous doctor.  A new patient registration questionnaire must be completed.  It is possible at registration to express a preference to be registered with a particular practitioner - however, we work as a group practice where patients are able to see any of the doctors.
